The Law Offices of Joshua N. Garick, P.C. filed four separate lawsuits on behalf of a small business client providing home healthcare services. The claims raised in these lawsuits were largely collection matters where business clients had not paid for the services they received. All cases were resolved. One went to trial, one was resolved through mediation, and two were resolved by out-of-court settlement. In total, approximately $50,000.00 was recovered.
